Courage

A cape or superpower are not necessary to demonstrate courage (although they could not hurt). Courage is a fundamental pillar of character and essential for those in a leadership role.
Impressive leaders (and people) are courageous – skilled and willing to ask uncomfortable questions. They are quick to see and acknowledge the elephant in the room.
Managerial courage is strengthened when a leader leans into their initial discomfort and persists in seeking the truth or better outcome.
