In uncertain covid times, it’s natural to be concerned about things outside our control but it undermines our ability to remain present in the moment (where we need to be to get things done). Being present increases performance and results, which over time expands what we CONTROL and INFLUENCE as our personal credibility is enhanced.
Leaders and team members should check themselves regularly. “Am I worrying about an uncertain future when I should be focused on today’s tasks and goals”?
